1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nexmetry Inc. ("Nexmetry", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Use of Services

Nexmetry provides no-code research and analytics tools — including surveys, statistical tests, machine learning and deep learning, NLP and qualitative analysis, medical-image annotation, and dashboards and reports — together with optional AI-assisted features. You may use the Platform for lawful research and analytics purposes only. You agree not to reverse-engineer, misuse, or redistribute any data or functionality.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. Nexmetry reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Data & Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, RBAC, and GDPR-aligned data handling practices.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, algorithms, and code within Nexmetry are the intellectual property of Nexmetry. Your research data remains your own property.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nexmetry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
